Zara Phillips joins sported. as Ambassador

We are delighted to announce that Zara Phillips has agreed to join the sported. team as an Ambassador.

The Olympic Silver Medallist, launched her involvement with us during a celebrity edition of Channel 4's Million Pound Drop on Saturday 13 October, raising a fantastic £5,000 which will enable us to engage more disadvantaged young people in sport across the UK.

"I'm really excited to be part of the sported. team who are helping to deliver such a powerful and lasting legacy from the London 2012 Olympics.  I firmly believe that every young person in the UK should have the opportunity to be involved in sport and I am looking forward to doing what I can to help make this a reality."
