New Supported Projects in Yorkshire & the Humber

sported. is pleased to announce that at the latest panel 17 applications for support were approved out of the 21 submitted. This consisted of seven Small Grants, three Main Grants for projects that have received one-to-one Mentor support and seven new projects being selected for one-to-one support.

The Small Grants is the first round in our region and aims to support the groups that may have particular difficulties in raising funds. The response and consequent success rate demonstrates how a relatively small level of funding can make a big difference with our communities.

In line with the expansion of our coverage in the region the Small Grants will be open for Members that meet the eligibility across South and West Yorkshire.

We are now into the second round of the Small Grants with the deadline being the 30th of December. Organisations interested in this particular programme should contact Paul Steele, Regional Manager for Yorkshire and the Humber.
