Linda Narbeth, sported. Wales Mentor and Managing Director of Bridgend-based Cherryblue UK Ltd has every reason to smile after picking up the award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the South Wales Business Awards 2012.

Linda is a true Bridgend and South Wales business entrepreneur and has been running her business in the county borough since 1994. Linda is Managing Director of two training companies. Her achievements have been the success of her business, Welsh Woman Award for Effective Return, Learning Leader Award 2007, ILM Level 7 Award in Strategy and Leadership, Recognition as one of the Best Managed Workplaces in Wales, Gaining IIP and maintaining one of the largest IT training contracts in Wales over the last 14 years.

Richard Thomas, Wales Manager at sported. commented, "Linda is a deserved winner of the Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the South Wales Business Awards 2012. Linda is a great asset to sported. and the organisations she supports across the country, it is so good to see her being recognised for all her hard work and achievements."
