Free funding clinics in Northern Ireland
23 Jul 2012
sported. is working in partnership with NICVA (Northern Ireland
Council for Voluntary Action) to deliver a series of Funding Advice
Clinics exclusively for sported. Members in Northern Ireland.
Groups have the opportunity to benefit from the wealth of
experience and knowledge from NICVA's fundraising team.
How does it work?
sported. Members need to book in advance for a 45 minute session
on a date listed below.
What type of information will I receive at the funding
clinic?
The session can be used to look at one of the following:
• A draft funding application which your group
is hoping to submit and receive feedback and tips to strengthen
it
• Feedback on an unsuccessful funding
application to help identify what could have been done differently
to make the application successful
• Identify possible funding opportunities for
the group
When and where are the funding advice
clinics?
11 September 2012, 9am to 4pm - Brownlow Community Hub,
Craigavon
20 November 2012, 9am to 4pm - DiverseCity Community Partnership
(formally the North West Community Network), L'Derry/Derry
