Cash for Kids and Tees Valley Community Foundation

Funding: £40,000 total grant fund
Open to: VCSE
Deadline: 11th November 2012
TFM Radio's Cash for Kids Charity have created a new partnership
with Tees Valley Community Foundation (TVCF) to distribute £40,000
worth of grants to community organisations, groups and charities.
The only criteria is that the funding must directly benefit sick,
disabled and disadvantaged children under the age of 18 across the
TFM Radio broadcasting area. The application form can be downloaded
from the website and should be sent with support material to Cash
for Kids, Yale Crescent, Teesdale, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17
6AA.
Consideration will be given to projects aiming to help children who
are
• suffering metal, physical or sensory
disabilities
• suffering behavioural or psychological
disorders
• living in poverty or situations of
deprivation
• suffering distress, abuse or neglect
• who are sick and have a long-term illness
Projects must have long term benefit. Grants will not normally be
awarded to NHS Trusts, Youth Employment Scheme and Statutory Play
